1.GI (General Industries Services – A leading service support brand for technical rubber and polyurethane Products. (Jubail) in Logistic/Store performing the following duties:
Stock Management
Labor Management
Physical Inventory
Purchase Requisition (PR)
Material Issuance
Material Transfer
Arrange/issue materials against customers Purchase Orders.
Issue Safety materials (PPE) to Safety Officers against PPE Issue Record.
Control Inventory by recording all incoming and outgoing materials.
Control all Company Vehicles record in Excel sheets with Drivers Names, Vehicle Details, destination, and date/time In/Out.
Maintain all record files with documents related to Logistic Dept/Store i.e delivery notes, sales invoices, purchase order etc.
Arrange conveyor belts (roll) for Belts Dept to make ready for delivery as per required specs like dimensions, size, thickness, length, and width etc matching Purchase Orders details.
Handling Store Issue Requisitions.
