Designed new tools and applicators, inspection gauges and punches. Supported machine shop in manufacturing above- mentioned tooling. Performed troubleshooting of tooling to determine root cause of dimensional, cosmetic, and other process deviation and instructed toolmakers on proper corrective actions. Led major projects aimed at improving process speed, efficiency, quality, and profitability. Accelerated students’ interest with a new take on a design project of walker robot. Also, assist students for the project of walker robot and operate laser CNC machine to cut robot's part. Analyze and animate final robot assemblies including weight optimization, efficiency and speed of robots. Class numbers grew from 48 to 69 as case studies inspired and energized the learning environment.
