● Project Title:“Design and Analysis of Diesel Engine piston”

● Role: Team member

● Description: The main aim of the project is to desing a piston for 1300cc diesel engine for two materials Cast Iron and Aluminiun Alloy.The desing of the piston are modeled using PRO-E software.The desing are evaluated by structural and thermal analysis by applying pressures and temperatuers respectively. The result is evaluated by checking the stress,displacement,thermal flux and thermal gradient to decide the best desing of piston.Structure and Thermal analysis are done by the ANSYS software.

● Description: The Windshield or Windscreen of an aircraft,car,bus,motorbike or train is the front window. Windshield is an important assembly of an aircraft and some master features are depended on its quality. The important quality characteristics of windshield are visibility through the canopy, structure rigidity, impact resistance, reliability of the internal mechanics, and the lightness of construction.
