This store is one of the biggest wholesale stores in the Northeast. This dealership retails pre-owned units to high scale and subprime customers. This store sells 1200 units per month between retail and wholesale departments. The facility is also a full scale service, parts, and body shop operation. My duties included hiring and firing for each department as well as training. My responsibilities included the profitability of each employee and each department. We set records in gross and net profit in year one and continued to increase YOY.

In February 1998 this store delivered 90 new and used units. In April we delivered 210 and May we delivered 350. This store became a money making machine. We trained daily on the sales process and we were the number one selling Ford and Mazda dealership in the region. We exceeded market share responsibility for both franchises and continuously set gross profit numbers month after month and won president's awards for Customer Satisfaction. I am proud we hold all the store volume and gross records covering its 100 year history.
