Preparation of site grading and drainage plans, on-site and off-site utility design and geometry layout plans. Plan and Profile subdivision and roadway plan design. Cut and Fill analysis. Water management permitting design regulations. Land development codes and standards, Planning and Zoning regulations. Comprehensive land use plans, drafting standards, design practices. Computer Skills:

Proficient in latest release of Civil 3D design software, CAD Management, Microsoft Office, Windows, Websites, Adobe Acrobat, WaterCAD, StormCAD, Internet applications, and Email. Supervise, motivate, train and evaluate employees, plan and direct their work.
