Conceived and Created the company,partnering with an ex colleague . We setup the location, hired the team and imparted end to end training and a continuous development program for the team members. Initially forayed into Telecom and quickly changed our strategy and product line to suit the market dynamics to Credit Cards and Personal Loans, in November 2018. Today we are tied up with 5 Banks and our team strength has gone up to 80 team members across two branches in Kolkata .
