DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Preparing all forms of communications to provide information to supervisors, Engineers and subordinates and to communicate with other Departments. 2. To Ensure effective implementation of Company Document / Drawing Control Procedure by developing Document Controllers and assistant Document Controllers. 3. Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable. 4. Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly marked in a Document/Drawing register as per the Company procedure. 5. Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control Office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability along with logs as required by the project.
6. Maintain Meeting schedule and confirm appointments for the personnel of the departments.
7. Developing and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with other departments and agencies.
8. Ensure events, processes and all relevant documents comply with Company procedures, policies, regulations & standards.
9. Coordinate with others to receive or submit regular reports / forms in time. 10. Make order, dispense and maintain supplies required for regular administration works. 11. Maintain standards of safety and comply with company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements and follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements. 12/2003 – 09/2005
