a)Monitoring day to day wok, physical progress, inspection of quality on regular basis.

b)Checking of contractor`s bill as well preparation of bills.

c)Review of weekly activities from work plan.

d)Coordination with consultants.

e)To ensure timely completion of project.

f)Monitoring construction budget to assure project is being complete as per budget.

One of Real Estate Company establish in Gurgaon since thirty years. Developers were reputed contractor (Oriental Structures Pvt. Ltd.)They have made their presence by Highways, flyovers, RUB`s ROB`s, Runways etc. and now working on Residential and Hospitality Project. They have completed mega project Name Central park1 in Gurgaon Sec-56 and Hotel PULLMEN at MG road. Gurgaon.

1. Time schedule for the various activities of project to ensure time line.

2. Cash flow statement.

3. Highlighting the bottlenecks.

4. Ensure proper safety by adequate arrangement of safety and other hazards.

5. To ensure any changes as per site conditions are studied, and coordinated with all agencies before its execution.

6. Co-ordination by vendors for owner supplied material.

7. Finalization of contractor.

8. Collection of all legal documents, legal clearance, Govt. bodies, sanctioned drawings to ensure smooth functioning of the project.
