A.Call-off Man power Support Services Contract:

Presently managing the hiring contracts of around 1000 (Technical and Administrative Personnel) on Call-off hiring basis across various Cost Centers of Qatar Petroleum MEP & Fit-Out Projects – ongoing worth – USD175 Million.

Responsibilities:

Project Procurement & Supply Chain Management

Manage & implement ICV (In-Country Value) management in Qatar.

Initiate, lead, manage, develop and manage and control procurement, Supply Chain development.

Manage internal & external stakeholders/sponsors/user Assets. Identify strategic opportunities & procurement/outsourcing needs.

Establish Procurement parameters w.r.t. project scope, cost and schedule.

Establish goals, success criteria and implementation strategy.

Mature (starting-up) and following up business projects.

Estimate for various activities as per WBS, Planning Packages, design packages and drawings to ensure accuracy.

Develop MTOs, verify MTOs, equipment and bulk quantities against P&IDs and drawings.

B.Major Onshore Projects:

1.Central Processing Tank Farm (CPF), Group Gathering Station (GGS), LPG Plant, Water Injection plant, Gas Injection Plant, Oil & Gas Terminals & other existing processing Surface Facilities and Utilities at various locations in Ankleshwar/Gandhar (Gujarat Oil Field) and in Assam & Nagaland, India.

Responsibilities:

Procurement, Supply Chain & Vendor Management

Interface with business areas to develop procurement strategies, plans and schedules.

Work interactively with the business units to ensure a clear scope of work.

Prepare procurement plans for purchase of major equipment, spare parts and materials.
