Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle (from searching, screening resumes to short- listing candidates, coordinating, follow up & conducting interviews till closure) for IT, Non- IT & Overseas positions (Executive to Senior) across all industries and Bulk hiring.

Responsible for maintaining employee data’s, attendance, payroll & operations tasks etc.

Prepare and maintain various employment letters such as - appointment, relieving, experience and any other as required by the employee during the tenure.

Responsible for profiling, interviewing potential applicants on calls based on the Job Description within the Turn Around Time.

Analysing and understanding job specifications, which are provided by the Domestic and Overseas Clients by the means of social media such as LinkedIn

& Facebook and by using major Job portals such as Naukri.com, Monster.com, TimesJob, Employee Referral, Indeed, Placement India, College Campus, etc.

Direct coordination over calls and emails with the client (HR Managers) to understand the job specifications and Job Description to source the most relevant profile as per their needs.

Coordination with the shortlisted candidates from Interview to final placement. Also taking the monthly feedback from the candidates placed in the client company.

Coordination with the internal recruitment team. SKILLS:
