Recruitment:
Handles all job vacancies (BOH to FOH) for 24 Fine Dining Restaurants (Barcino Wine Resto Bar and Single Origin Osteria) from rank and file to managerial positions
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications from rank and file to Managerial
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, recruitment hub and social media platforms
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule

Recruitment:
Do online Job Postings (Indeed)
Submit a recruitment report for shortlisted applicants via E-mail to the higher management
Interview applicants together with the Department Heads
Submit interview remarks of applicants who passed the exams and initial interviews to the higher management before they conduct the final interview
Send job offer letters for the newly hired employees, along with the list of requirements via their email address
Perform company policy orientation
Process ATM Card application for the newly hired employees
Endorse the newly hired to their Trainer or Department Head Timekeeping Report (System: Payroll Hero):
Provide daily attendance to be presented to the higher management
Make a timekeeping report
Provide everyday schedules for skilled workers
Generate cash request for the additional allowances of the employees Payroll:
Computes manually the attendance of the employees for their salary
Ensuring all the Job Order and deductions are already acknowledged by the employees before making authority to deduct
Check if all the employees are generated in the payroll hero system before the management publish it for the salary
