- Oversee the HSE management of 11 participants in International Pavilion project in the governance role and deliver the program. Average daily manpower is 40,000.

- Managing the development of H&S policies, strategies, programs and standards across the programme's functions, providing input towards strategic direction whilst ensuring adequate procedures are implemented to evaluate the adequacy of H&S compliance and performance on site.

- Communicate the programme applicable legislative and assurance requirements through the delivery of programme H&S meetings and workshops

- Review and approve the documents of participants submitted during the enabling work, Plot possession and execution stages. (Deliverables like MSRA, HSE Plan, HSE lead CV’s, plans and procedures, Monthly reports, investigation reports etc)

Responsibilities in Supervision Consultant

- Interview HSE candidate to ensure competency is in line with the project scope of work and regulatory requirements.

- Review & Approval of Deliverables (HSE Plan, MSRA, Temporary work, High risk activity procedure, action plans etc.)

- Conduct inspection, Meetings and system and focus audits and send an observation report, minutes, audit report. Follow up on observations, audit non-conformance with the project management team and escalate to leadership when in needs.

- Monitor the contractor risk management in line with the applicable Assurance Standard and Code of Practices

- Overall Management of QA & HSE Department, Maintain and consistently achieve the assigned QHSE objectives & KPI’s

- Implement programs to sustain a high level of awareness, knowledge and preparedness across the company to create a culture that prioritizes effective QHSE and balances overall associated costs.

- Implement ISO Standards. (Organizational leader in achieving ISO 9001 certification (BSI)). Conduct Gap Analysis, Develop the Manual, procedures, guidelines, etc. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of process and system effectiveness.

- Develop & implement project specific QA & HSE Plan, Procedure, Guideline, Work inspection, Forms, ITP’s, Reports, MSRA etc. and monitor the implementation for the system effectiveness and update in the weekly meeting. Conduct Internal ISO Audit, Preparing /analysing data for management review and coordinating with external auditors (BSI) for ISO Audits.

- Preparing and submitting compliance reports to Gov Authorities such as waste management, HSE statistics etc.

- Assist Departments such as Sales, HR, Procurement, operations for customer/Supply vendors PQ, budgeting, training.
