This solution uses scheduling as a core part of its commercial activities. Often scheduling is a human and therefore costly function. The solution is aimed at medical centres and allied health providers such as dental, physio, personal trainer businesses. Other types of business such as real estate, travel also good candidates.
The call is directed through Amazon Lex to ascertain intent and obtain required information, once info is complete and consent to proceed given a Lambda function writes appointment to Dynamo DB. DynamoDB stream fires another Lambda function to push a notification to a SNS topic which has a subscriber configured through Twilio to send an SMS message to the phone caller. Other subscribers like email account through SES and Zapier which pushes the appointment to Google Calendar or any other calendar you configure.

Description:
Jio has been one of the largest telecom operators in India, its completely a green field implementation.
1.Product Catalogue is a solution which maintains all the different plans and products used by the telco. It is a single source of information for plans across the enterprise. The way it works is, receives a huge XML from ERICSON system and parses the product catalog and populate local DB/Cache in its proprietary format and utilities build to stream data to external systems.
