Ensure that the documented information that are deemed necessary for the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System are available and suitable for use, where and when it is needed;

Ensure that the documentation maintained are adequately protected from loss of confidentiality, improper use or loss of integrity;

Ensure that only current version of documents is available for use on the project, and all superseded documents are marked as superseded or removed from project folder to avoid misuse;

Ensure that the documented information retained as evidence of conformity is protected from unintended alterations;

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence;

Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date;

Prepare Site Document submittals;

Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are available to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable;

Provide suggestions to improve Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental conditions to Supervisor;
