Conduct monthly service visits and met customers in a regular period of time.
Inspected the proper functioning of medical equipment through proper and regular servicing and maintenance.
Provided regular maintenance in order to maintain their proper functioning of instruments.
Communicated with customers and resolved their issues and other associated technical problems by through on-site visit or by through telephone/online.
Record and maintaining the installation and service reports for every customers.
Give training to the customers about handling of instruments.
Assisted and worked for ISO Certification for the institution by preparing required documentations.
