Project Name: Establishment of extended pilot plant facility for preparation of 320 Kg per annum Hafnium sponge.

Project Engineer (Control & Instrumentation) in VSSC (ISRO) sponsored Hafnium project by at C-MET (Govt. of India), Hyderabad and involving in automation of total plant from 29-07-2013 to 30-08-2017.

Project Details: - hafnium metal sponge project starting from zirconium scrub raffinate involves intricate steps and process parameters. It utilizes scrub raffinate from Nuclear Fuel Complex as a raw material. The process spread in five production plants namely Zirconium Recovery plant, Hafnium Enrichment plant, Chlorination plant, Reduction plant and vacuum distillation plant with sponge handling section.

JOB PROFILE :

Good knowledge in maintenance and trouble shooting of various instruments such as PID Controllers, Digital Temperature Indicators and Controllers, Transmitters (Level) Pressure, Temperature), Flow meters, pneumatic& control valves, Pressure Gauges, etc.

Experience in Auto control systems and PLC based systems (.Schneider M340).

Carbon/sulphur analyzer maintenance and trouble shooting.

ONH analyzer maintenance and trouble shooting.
