I have started my career from Pakistan International Airlines(PIA) in AUG 2008 and having 12 year of demonstrated engineering experience in Airlines/MRO after my bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering. I am specialized in avionics trade & best covering the Airlines engineering functions (Technical Services Engineer - Avionics/ Electrical/Air frame/Components, Planning & Reliability Engineer) for the optimal support of airlines maintenance & operation.

(A) NESMA AIRLINES KSA-HAIL

Nesma Airlines KSA starting its domestic operation with four new dry lease ATR72-600 (New Avionics Suite modified) and remaining aircrafts are in order from ATR company.

Technical Services & Reliability Engineer:

Continued Airworthiness and Technical Support tasks related to Avionics/Airframe Systems/components as required to support maintenance & operational issues.

Technical review the delays, MEL deferred defects and operational restrictions in relation to the Nesma airlines fleet.

Monitoring and evaluation of defects in order to ensure correct troubleshooting, defect clearance and repetitive defects review/action appropriately.

Evaluation and interpretation of technical documentation including Airworthiness Directives, EASA/FAA mandate, Service Bulletins, Component Service Bulletins, and other aircraft manufacturers publications.

Initiation of appropriate actions relating to issuance of emergency ADs/SBs, fleet wise inspections, record management and monitoring of repeated ADs/SBs.

Liaising with aircraft manufacturer and OEMs to resolve Engineering & maintenance issues and ensuring appropriate approved data is in place to allow release of aircraft. 2 P a g e

Review the Technical log book/aircraft discrepancy data in software based record system to ensure properly addition and execution.

Liaising with contracted maintenance organizations in respect of feedback/findings/recording in system.

Planning and forecasting of CAMP tasks & review of Work Orders completion accordingly.

Monitoring/reviewing of the scheduled work package completion and assistance for optimization during CAMP developing process.

Management and lead the software based Technical record team.

Evaluation of processes that improve system reliability in conjunction with the aircraft manufacturers, equipment manufacturers/suppliers that includes SB’s, VSB’s, AD’s, SL’s and any other supplier documentation.

Technical reliability digital reporting on monthly/yearly basis after evaluation of recorded data and initiate recommended corrective action related to avionics for the decision/feedback of Reliability control board.

Be aware of world fleet reliability issues through Manufacturer/OEM documentation process management.

Optimization of Aircraft Maintenance Program in term of Reliability /Regulation change with CAMP team.

Assistance in the development of revised MEL and review the Aircraft critical equipment's status accordingly with logistic to avoid AOG /reduce aircraft ground time.

Maintaining the history /data of each aircraft and its system & components that include previous production modification status, OEM/Aircraft SB’s, SL’s, AD’s.

knowledge of latest developed avionic systems, research/review the new developed Avionics regulatory requirements for certification & EASA/FAA mandate in future and ensure compliance with Local and International Regulations.

Maintain and manage aircraft equipment, part number changes and part number interchangeability for all aircraft enrolled in Fleet Management Services.

Provide troubleshooting support to maintenance critical issues as required that include AOGs.

(B) PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL AIRLINE (PIA) – PAKISTAN PIA has its own part 145 maintenance repair Organization with workshops setup include Electrical, Instrument and Radio for Aircraft Maintenance and all Technical Services sections are covered in Continuous Airworthiness Management(CAM) Division.

1). Technical Services Engineer (Avionics)- Aug 2011 to Feb 2016

Evaluation/assessment of Aircraft Regulatory bodies/Manufacturers/vendors Service Literature including ADs/ SBs/VSB/SLs for incorporation on in-service aircrafts (ATR42-500, ATR72-212A, Boeing777).

Prepare and issue Engineering Order for compliance of Aircraft SBs.

Preparation and issue of Technical Notice in respect of ADs, SL, manufacturer and Vendor SBs.

Provide technical support to aircraft regarding accomplishment of SBs and identify solution for the repeated defects occurrences.

Preparation of Local Task cards for maintenance actions as per SB/SL/AD/Local requirement.

Review and expedite the solution of routine day to day engineering Technical problems in coordination with Manufacturer and vendors via emails.

Update the AD/SB index, monthly review the AD status and also assist for C of A renewal.

Continuous monitoring of airworthiness regulatory requirements for changes or amendments to policy or requirements.

Perform aircraft system diagnostic and predictive monitoring of each assigned fleet, make recommendations for corrective actions necessary to avoid Unscheduled Maintenance and No Fault Found events (NFF) components identification.

Analyzing defects for criticality, repeated status and potential / latent impending failure of an aircraft component or system. Establish weak areas and recommend corrective actions thru TSE circulars.

Review of monthly aircraft system Reliability Report, detailed analysis and study ATA wise aircraft systems for any evidence of failure trend. Each ATA chapter with red and amber status is reviewed for action during monthly Reliability Meetings.

Managing and Controlling Field Loadable Software Data on fleet.

Completion of Project on ‘Data up-gradation against Problems, local and international SPACE regulatory compliance's, root cause and its solution, Correction & verification from OEMs and all Technical handling of Rescue Emergency Locator Transmitters on PIA Aircraft's and newly inducted aircrafts.

Project on Navigation – Modification of TCAS-7.0 to TCAS -7.1 to comply with EASA mandate regulation .

Assistance for the Induction process of Airbus A320 fleet.

Technical Support to Flight safety department for the development of Flight data monitoring setup of newly Inducted Aircrafts and knowledge of latest Technical developments.

Extensive Knowledge of Regulatory bodies EASA (Part 145, Part M) & FAA regulations and ICAO annexes.

2). Technical Services Engineer (Avionics Workshop)- Aug 2008 to July 2011
