Performing NDT (DPT,MPT,UT,) On weld joints Of Piping and equipments and Evaluation of test results based on Acceptance Criteria of Codes & standards.

Carry out internal visual Inspections, On Stream and External inspection of Static equipments Which includes Separators, Drums, columns, Reformer, Tube Exchangers, Pressure Vessels and fired Heaters.

Having Knowledge about Process flow Diagrams (PFD),

Temperature monitoring of fired heaters, Furnaces, Reformer Tubes, Insulated and Refractory lined Vessels using Thermal imaging (Thermography) system and Infrared Pyrometers.

Carrying of Boroscope / Fiberscope inspection and recording the observations When there is limited across for internal inspection.

Leak testing of Heat exchangers by Pneumatic test, Hydro test and Ultrasonic leak detection

Preparing Piping and equipment NDT reports.

Actively participated in Annual Shut down jobs in Ammonia & Urea plants.

Condition assessment of rubber lined vessels, tanks and piping using Spark testing and Shore hardness measurement.

Hardness measurement of various machine components.

Dynamic and insitu-balancing of various type of rotors and impellers of pumps, blowers and compressors using balancing machine Schenck-Avery.
