Dear Mister/Miss,

I would like to formally propose my candidacy for the position as a Research Assistant at the Getty Research Institute.

I am applying for this position because I believe that a combination of my personality, natural and adopted abilities, and work experience all make me an ideal candidate for this role. In relation to my time at the Dorich House Museum, I hold experience with digitising the museum, organising paperwork and welcoming visitors to the museum. In addition to volunteering at the museum, my experience as a tutor and nanny to girls at Koru Kids has improved my communication skills, patience and punctuality.

I consistently believe in taking challenges and exploring new concepts and techniques to improve efficiency in any workplace. In addition to the workplace, I do believe in remaining active in my personal lifestyle. As an academic, I love to learn new things. I am currently studying several languages to gain more knowledge. I am also trying to study management and web development through free online courses to expand my opportunities. By working as an art gallery associate at the Gallery Research Institute, I will be able to apply my university and independent knowledge in a working atmosphere.

I am eager to collaborate and assist in any way I can.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Kamillah Pascua
