WORK EXP & CURRENT ACTIVITIES

Recently worked in Schlumberger D&M in KSA as a senior Directional Driller for more than 7 years.

a)During that period, Drilled many HPHT wells in gas zone specially, Major HPHT field is Uthmaniya, where I worked for many years, worked with motor, many sidetrack jobs & all types of SLB RSS tools like Power drive, Exceed, Archer etc used either w/standalone or w/vertex jobs as a lead DD with all kinds of profiles like ERD, many deep wells, horizontal,S profile, J profile, L profile, multi-lateral, re-entry, Open hole sidetrack, worked on advanced cyber automatic rigs and high HP rigs.

Worked with many types of whipstock related sidetrack jobs either with gyro or MWD or with both depends on inclination and requirement as per client.

Worked with high pressure wells, high temperature & deep wells, had experience to work with weatherford MPD system while using schlumberger directional tools.

b) During this time, worked with all types high profile tools & high profile jobs in major gas and oil fields of KSA (development and exploration fields) such as hawiyah, haradh, uthmaniya, mudrika, khurais, khursaniya, hazam, shoaiba, manifa, offshore etc.

c) developed good relations with ARAMCO foremen and few superintendent like shuai, shakr as well in all kinds of job related dealings which is a crucial & important part during performing DD job.

Worked as a Remote assistant engineer (OSC DD RO - Operational support centre), provide job related guidance to junior engineers working on rig & troubleshooting related helps ( was handling 3-4 rigs together).

I had a previous work exp with Weatherford oil tools as a lead directional driller in india. ( Offshore & Onshore) for 3 years. In that I worked mostly in Mumbai high offshore with ONGC clients, with rigs like ABAN, Transocean & ONGC.

Resumed oil & gas career as a MWD for 6 months than directional driller with Jindal Drilling & Ind. Ltd for 2

ACHIVEMENT DURING JOB:

Achieved the “ Best Employee of Quarter AWARD “ ( Trophy & Certificate) in April – 2012 from “Weatherford” for successfully & fastest drilling of consecutive 4 no’s of “ Horizontal Wells “ In india (Gujrat region-Mehsana field) & performed wells in offshore with good results, which were having anti-collision issues.

Achieved “A” grade (Outstanding) with SLB, Y. 2020 in SLP-3 record, which is hard to obtain and hardly 1-2 guys achieved in particular location field under FSM.

Received good feedback and e-mails from many ARAMCO foremen & my FSM after successful completion of wells without failures/ maintain good well profile without any high DLS specially in critical zones and laterals / good ROP / connection practice and stuck-pipe precautions.

Completed OFS-3 course in Melun-France.

Attend “Stuck-pipe” prevention & mitigation course and DD course

Completed difficult sidetrack job for 28’’ hole section & received appreciation from ARAMCO.

Responsibilities and EXP. WITH WELL DRILLED:-

As being a DD, Prime responsibilities are BHA, hydraulics calculations, TnD stimulations, maintain well-profile as per well plan, key seats/DLS precautions . stuck-pipe preventions, Monitor shocks & vibration, Monitor Stick & slip, tripping monitoring & discuss procedure with DE, managers and foreman prior job (stay on rig floor during trip-in and trip-out in open hole), pre-job meetings, develop good relations with clients, data delivery to client as per company protocols, regular communications, observation of field and related issues like formation behavior, sliding effect, bit types, tool types, BHA design, prior drilling, etc

Drilled wells with almost all kind of profile such as “ Horizontal “, ERD, Multi lateral, L profile, J profile, S profile, sidetrack wells, developments, high-tech and explorative wells, re-entry, open hole sidetrack.
