* Oversee the daily operation of The Walking Dead Attraction in numerous facets and responsibilities regarding performances, show quality, guest service and efficiency.
* Manage various team member populations with differing union contracts to ensure a seamless work experience for the 100+ employees in my purview.
* Partner with my entertainment department colleagues to maintain, coordinate, and enhance best practices to boost the work environment and atmosphere for our team members.
* Championed committees within Safety, Team Member Satisfaction, and the park wide Neighborhood initiative to not only keep our venue on the forefront, but to cultivate the talent of emerging leaders within my committees.

* Founded an entertainment label to provide a multitude of platforms and mediums to develop and cultivate independent artists in the realms of music, comedy, fashion and film. I produced, marketed and managed creative projects from conception to execution. Additionally, I coordinated and stage managed events throughout Southern California working with city organizations and business owners utilizing a self-established grass roots network.
August 2008 2009 Disneyland Resort Ambassador Candidate
* As a candidate, I went through extensive training and learning experiences to better ready myself for the requirements of the Ambassador role. Training included Government, Media, and Public Relations; including but not limited to, TV, Radio, and Press interviews, Banquet and luncheon meetings, as well as training to host celebrities, international dignitaries, local and national politicians for a daily a agenda all while representing not only the Disneyland Resort, but upholding an image suitable for the entire Walt Disney Company.

* As part of the Disney College Program I was able to work as an intern for the Attractions department at the Disneyland Resort. While in the program I learned an immense amount of information related to superior guest service and how to network in a corporate culture.
