Testing of Shock Absorbers on different road texture by varying viscosity using FFT Analyser: PROJECT SUMMERY:

The project was undertaken for shock absorber testing on different road profiles by using different oils in shock absorber with FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) Analyzer which results in reduction of vibrations in automobiles.

Basically it consists of two parts, first mechanical and second one is electronic.

We used 2 types of oil which was MOTUL & ESCORTS.

It was said to had a good viscous properties when system has less transmissibility.

It means less vibrations are transmitted out of generated vibrations.

The performance of the different shock absorbers have been evaluated and compared. INTEREST & STRENGTH:
