Senior Technical Sales Manager, Defense and Space Partner Propulsion Systems 2017 – 2020
Responsible for growing the pipeline of sales opportunities, hardware and services, for the engine product lines that Honeywell has partnered on (HPW3000, CTS800, F124/F125) for new aircraft, helicopters or UAVs. Led all Sales Pursuit/Business Development activities for three products jointly developed by three global, Fortune 100 companies. Utilized Salesforce CRM to accurately track/monitor sales activity and updated senior leadership weekly.
Secured $400M of product bookings by establishing strategic industry relationships and leading a global, cross-functional sales team through complex business pursuits.
Led team in reply for requests for information and request for proposals on three partnership engines.
Senior Program Manager (PM), Mechanical Components 2015-2017
Principal PM managing the Integrated Product Team (IPT) for four LEAP engine components, two Trent engine start systems, and thirteen SRD projects. Responsible for working with suppliers to evaluate supply chain readiness for full rate production of parts for the LEAP and Trent engine programs using APQP and PPAP processes. Evaluated equipment and personnel capacity and identify risks or short-falls that may create production bottlenecks on technical, quality, and capacity issues. Ensure risk mitigation actions are identified, tracked and completed in a timely manner to meet the delivery rate requirements. Provide communication interface between suppliers, customer, and Honeywell personnel. Led a virtual global team of 30 staff to ensure on-time, on-budget program delivery by driving PM excellence.

Directed team to write technical proposal volume for CTS800 and HTF7000 pursuits for a couple of defense contracts.
