Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing Global Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Operations for one of the Global Fortune 500 IT Companies.

Taking care of Technology Category (Hardware and Software), Telecom, Professional Services, Contingent workforce for North America Region.

RFX/Tenders: Identify and manage sourcing and supplier engagement activities including strategic sourcing plans, RFPs, bid and proposal reviews, negotiations, contract awards, etc.

Supplier Selection/ Evaluation: Lead supplier selection, and rating activities along with key stakeholders based on project requirements. Coordinating with Vendor Management Team for setting up the vendor.

Spend analysis: Perform spend analysis for each Supplier/category/Business unit to identify areas of opportunity where more effective and improved procurement can provide greater value to the business.
