Project Objective :World service MIS handles the US Banking data which processed online credit,debit cards, Data of Android Apps, Net, Mobile and Retail banking data. Reports generation on Analysed banking data .
This project mainly aims on to create one central data repository for almost all the departments in American express. So that the gap between the departments would decrease, also there would reports and other high end graphs so the corresponding departments can do real time analysis as well.
Responsibilities:
Transfer the data from TERA DATA to Oracle via SAS using UNIX .
Fetch the data from TERA data and Load to Oracle using Pass-through and ODBC connections .
Work on reducing the CPU time of JOBS and database space saving methods while handling huge volumes of data(50 millions of rows) .
Validate the results TERDATA Vs Oracle source.
Continuous research has been going on complete automation and database space saving techniques .

Project :Card IVR-CTI-Desktop Data into ClickFox
Environment : Advanced SAS(SAS SQL, SAS MACROS), UNIX, WINSCP
Role : SAS Programmer
Description: ClickFox (an internal vendor) is an application which provide analytics and behavioral insights into customer interactions and call paths from the Deposits IVR down to the agent's desktop. Currently, the ClickFox application receives Deposits IVR, CTI and Lean desktop data. It aims to provide a complete picture of customer interactions and call paths across CS&S from IVR's down to agent’s Desktop.
Objective: To capture Card IVR (Interactive Voice Response), TSS (Telephone Access Customer Service Superstation), and CLMS (Consolidated Leads Management System) Desktop channel data in the ClickFox analysis tool. This will allow ClickFox the ability to process Card IVR, CTI, and desktop data in addition to Deposits data and provide CS&S with a more complete end-to-end picture of customer interactions and call paths.
Responsibilities:
Develop SAS code to pull data (IVR, TSS and CMO) from BACARDI which generates flat, trigger files and send to Clickfox.
Develop shell scripts and schedules to run the SAS Jobs.
Perform Unit testing in UNIX environment and Prepare test scripts.
Prepare Pre-Installation Documents (Run Books, Production Schedule Readiness Checklist).
Involved in Code migration to Production from Development.

To improve access of BPL families to quality medical care for treatment of identified diseases involving hospitalization, surgery and therapies, through an identified network of health care providers.
Responsibilities:
Collecting the Business Requirements(BR) from the Client .
As per Business Requirements design functional Requirements, Test cases.
Develop the Code as per the Standards.
Test it and generate the Report in different formats as per Client needs.
For Web based reports,followed SAS BI tools.
First register the table Using SAS Management Console, prepare Information maps and finally design the report using SAS Web Report Studio as per Requirement .
Follow up Testing and finally Production Implementation after finishing UAT(User acceptance Testing).

SNFS Application:
The Strategic Network Forecasting System (SNFS) is a forecasting system that currently contains two applications, Network Demand Forecasting, and DSLAM Monitoring/Forecasting. SNFS is a web-based system and has been developed using SAS software. The system uses statistical algorithms to analyze growth data to develop forecasts that tell the what, when and where of services our customers will demand. It also provides valuable forecast data at the geographical and serving device level.
Project Description:
This project will correct a reporting error that misrepresents capacity values. In our voice environment, the value of “wired capacity” used on SNFS generated reports represents the “vendor capacity” in CODARS. Another CODARS value, “configured capacity”, more accurately defines the needed information because it recognizes that not all useable, and those that meet EMBARQ standards. Including this “configured capacity” value in reports will provide more accurate forecast and facility exhaust information.
Responsibilities:
SNFS application maintains the production activities.
Resolved the RFC tickets regarding application by fixing it and whenever necessary needs to make the changes in application output as per the client requirements.
For data-ware house project - Analyzing the technical documents and designing ETL jobs in SAS DI studio.
