Statement of Teaching Philosophy

I believe that an educator is duty-bound to teach with the highest expectations from their students. As a dedicated and committed educator, I am tenacious and will persist until my students reach their fullest potential. This goes for online as well as classroom learning. I believe teaching online brings out skills in both educators and students that they didn’t know they had and will be essential as they navigate their chosen careers. I particularly enjoy working with online learners because they bring diverse interests and experiences to the class. I enjoy the fact that not only are they learning from me, but I can learn some things from them as well. I am glad that I can be a part of enriching my students’ lives.
