Working experience

As a Line incharge responsible for Headrest Manufacturing line which includes,

Ensure the machine conditions as per SOP format by checking pneumatic pressure, hydraulic oil level, spindle speed, Holders positions, Conveyor unit, sensor line, PLC board, Gear assembly, Clamp( open and close),motor condition and Insert condition.

Required raw material of the model should be approved by the patrol given by customer requirements and analyse the 2D drawing and dimensions as mentioned.

Adjust the setting as manual and digital mode for running model given by SOP format.

Required inserts can be Inserted in the holder after that adjust the dimensions given in 2D layout and ensure the trail part would be approved by patrol to start the mass production.

Ability to view the 2D layout to check the dimensions of the part by using Digital Vernier calliper and height gauge.

According to poke yoke process before move to another ensure there is a line mark, uneven problem, flatness, profile problem.

Responsible for starting process of cutting, chamfering, bending and final notching (Milling process) further moved to next process stamping and welding.

Verify the dimensions of the running part at once in an hour, enabled proper utilisation of resources by reducing scrap.

Preparing documents like Insert life monitoring, tool life and machine condition for monthly records and ensure it for audit.

Compare the existing model with new model and analyse the new model suits existing facility.

Experienced in process planning and initiated a process improvement program that significantly reduced changeover times, raised the competency level of production operators and established long term maintenance goals.

Managing and improving production process to enhance product quality and maximize efficiency.

Addressing employee complaints and resolving any problems.
