Brief description of the project: The Investment Manager Services enterprise suite of State Street offers middle office operations to Client like: Morgan Stanley, AXA, Lloyds Bank, Alliance Bernstein, etc. IMS provides end to end Middle office operations from Trade Capture via OMS to Trade Report via MYSS, Valuations, Cash forecast to reconciliation. IMS is a Bunch of Applications grouped in Single-package with Core and Custom Services, IMS includes Transaction Management, Record Keeping System, Reconciliation, Report via ETL (MYSS, ESP) and Pricing and Managing Corporate Actions. IMS occupies Markets major share of Middle office operations. State Street provides the custom functionality by migrating from client’s legacy system to IMS.

Applications involved in “Investment Manager Service Enterprise’ can be classified as below:

Global Transaction Manager (GTM): GTM capture and enrich the trades when trade is received from the TOMS (Trade Order management system)

Global Reference Service (GRS): is the reference for static information like broker, manager, country, which can be utilized for the trade processing.

GPS (Global Pricing System), Enterprise Security Master (ESM): Provides Market Pricing and Security info.

RKS (Record Keeping System): Where all front office trades are processed for the reference in IMS application. RKS provides the facility to analyse the trade in position, transaction, valuation and cash levels.

ESP (Enterprise Service Platform): Data-warehouse where all trades details is stored in different category, mart tables.

MyStateStreet.com (Actuate tool): MYSS helps client to retrieve the trade info in the form of reports and extracts.

●Acts as the IT liaison during analysis, requirements definition and design activities; maintained an understanding of business processes and related systems for supported business units; participated in management of customer expectations

1.Details: WSS is the confirmation and settlement system for mainly Money Markets and Emerging markets of Deutsche Bank. WSS follows a STP model. This means if all the required static data is in place, the deal will be confirmed, matched, settled, accounted for, reported and interfaced to other systems without any intervention. All aspects of WSS are Real time. Once a deal has been arrived into WSS from front office system, in the BO all relevant settlement, confirmation, accounting and brokerage will be processed according to the product profile.
