Quality Control and Audit Compliance

• Conducting product quality inspections on Aircraft Components in accordance with quality standards, inspection plans, component maintenance manuals and test procedures.

• Conducting audit of all invoices and Aviation Based (EASA/GCAA/BCAA) certificates issued by the Technical inspectors and cross-referring approved quotes sent to the Airline customers and their approvals respectively and cost review.

Ensuring accurate entry of details of components received from the customers into the system software, analysis of the problem code and transfer for repairs.

Project support, research assistance, and Internal/External communication to increase the operational efficiency of the department and coordinating day-to-day activities with departments like logistic and technical department for urgent airline customer requirements.
