Key Responsibilities –

Receiving all types of materials like Bulk materials, steel, cement & consumable items and spare parts for entire project related.

Generation of PR/MR and MRN and materials issue slips, and follow up for materials requirements local and H.Q requirements..

Preparation of MIS statements and uploading to H.O for the subsequent month after store closing.

Conducting Physical verification for consumables and spares parts on day to day basis minimum 25 items and sending reports to H.Q.

Maintaining ERP processor IGP /MRN/Posting/Issue module

Material reconciliation.

Preparation of Daily Material Report (Diesel/steel /cement & critical Materials list)

Mobilization of store manpower and allocation to proper work places to smooth flow of day to day work.

Physical verification for Bulk materials and steel, cement periodically every quarter with presence of planning and accounts Departments.

Handling Local Transportation / Logistics movements.

Mobilization of store yard. And ensuring proper stacking the materials with proper tagging’s & location etc.,

Coordination with Project manager /Site accountant for materials requirements like execution /commercial items.

Coordination with clients for material verification.

Coordination with Sub-contractor for material issues and materials return as per norms and maintaining PC wise registers.

Preparation of PR/MR for fresh requirements.

Preparing monthly rental report for Form work materials & machineries.

Procuring local purchase items for an emergency with proper approval of project Head.

Ensuring receipts with proper P.O

Maintaining proper location and easy identification of the material to avoid

much time.

Co-ordination with sub-contractor for site installation activities Reconciliation of material sub-contractors measurements and billing/payments, handling manpower.

Maintaining of Incoming Material Invoices / Challans / Road Permits and further obtaining the GRN and submission of the documents for smooth invoicing and billing cycle.

Liasioning with Govt. Departments Labour Enforcement Officer, PF Commissioner Office, ESIC.

Acquiring Form V from Client and further application of Labour License.

Generation & Submission of Half Yearly & Annual Returns at LEO Office.

Site Administration Site commercial activities like handling site stores, site funds, material stocks and maintaining of labour records.

Project material & Re-conciliation.

Co-ordination with sub-contractor for site installation activities Reconciliation of material sub-contractors measurements and billing/payments, handling manpower.

Generating Scrap request and make arrangement for timely disposal.

Maintaining perishable items list and keeping record for disposal and movement.

Maintaining the list of non-moving(aged stock) timely presenting to project heads for further action for immediate disposal/other site transfer.
