Pump Overhauling:
Check the report of the previous condition of the equipment before to overhaul.
Permit to work.
Apply lock out and tag out procedure.
Drain the suction and discharge line and the pump.
Check the alignment before to overhaul for reference.
Disconnect all necessary instrument tubing, wiring, coupling guard, coupling, spacer, pipe connection, and blinding both sides of suction and discharge.
Use center punch or marker to mark the casing coupling and spare parts need to dismantle.
The pump shaft with impeller can be lifted out of casing
Dismantling the wearing ring, impeller, mechanical seal mechanical seal, and etch.
Impeller, pump shaft, bearing, mechanical seal and internal volute will be an inspection for erosion, corrosion, pitting and wear.
Make a report for the details necessary to replace and to mention on the report for corroded, broken, erosion and etch.
After the inspection, re-assembly with the replacement new spare parts.
Coupling alignment.
Filling the oil.
Re-Install the pump coupling and re-connect the coupling spacer.
Re-alignment of the shaft to shaft.
Connect the suction and discharge line.
Re-connect the wiring by electrical and re- install the coupling guard for testing.
Removed lock out and tag out.
Check the details for the required volume of flow, required the pressure of bar if necessary, ampere of the motor, the vibration, sound, and leak.
After reaching the required volume of flow, pressure, and the condition is doing better, make a report to the condition of the equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Comply with all company QHSE policies, practices and procedures.
The foundation surface must check the centerline & its elevation.
Chipping the foundation surface to get the exact elevation and to easily apply the grout.
Mounting the machine, and verify the orientation in the drawing.
Take the centering from the center of the machine & the center of the foundation, and the tolerance is not more than 5mm.
Pocket & final grouting will be curing not less than 3 days.
Leveling alignment for the preparation of pocket grouting should be use precision level and take the tolerance not more than .05mm.
Alignment of shaft to shaft by using dial gauge there’s have two possible methods one is the Reverse Alignment method and another one is the Rim and Face method
