Oversight of internal and external audits and action plan development to address findings, impact assessment of interventions at company, sector and overall economic environment level, etc.; Conflict management and change management (complex HR situation in the team provided uncertainty of the expiry of the EBRD mandate in the country in mid 2020) for the Cypriot country office Management of complex stakeholder relationships (multiple donors with different country priorities, local authorities, complex political conflict situation between the Norther and Southern parts of the island) in an extremely sensitive cultural environment
