Analyze monthly I-9 audits for different branches of Lactalis American Group to record status of employees’ work eligibility. Critical to keep non-US citizens working as Lactalis is a multinational organization headquartered in France, as well as employing workers from several other countries.

Process new Sun Life Intakes for employees that are going on disability leave. Review and analyze the employee’s deduction payments upon the employee’s return to work or termination from disability leave.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car May 2019-October 2019

Gathered and processed prospective renter information to ensure accuracy of rental plans and inclusion of vehicle protection opportunities for drivers. Contacted insurance companies of renters to put together rental packages and request extensions if necessary in order to keep customers as renters for as long as needed.

Contributed in the rise of the Transit Road-Depew Branch’s ESQI customer service score within the company. Obtained high customer satisfaction results of interactions with branch and quality of vehicles obtained.
