Implement $5.9M in energy savings projects that include $4.2M in LED and solar.

• Installed two ground mount photovoltaic (PV) arrays along with LED lighting that will generate a combined 1.67 megawatts-DC of clean, renewable energy, and offset 95% combined electrical usage at two school buildings.

• Reduced costs by outsourcing bus maintenance and adding a diesel mechanics class.
