Duties and responsibility:
Responsible to Coordinate with Higher Management on The Following:
Conducting daily routine inspection to site employee observe all safety rules and regulations & takes necessary actions to obtain compliance with all safety policies.
Initiate immediate stoppage of any operation that could cause unsafe action & unsafe condition or extensive damage to property and notifying all concerned involved.
Involved to ensuring proper safety for assigned employee.
Asking correcting actions to reduce the risk of accent or unsafe working conditions.
Inspection of personal protective equipment.
Inspection of scaffold safety, and using of tags.
Inspection of fire extinguishers and machines connection.
During emergency alarm stop all activities and send the people in assembly area.
Supervision and conduction of full investigation of accidents/ incidents including near misses, determination of probable Causes and enforces appropriate permanent measures.
Carry out daily surveys to ensure that only safety work methods are in operation, adequate fire extinguisher and fall protection equipment are property in place.
Closely observation to make sure that, the first aid and welfare facilities properly maintained.
Adequate visit of working areas to ensure that personal protective equipment are provide and properly worn.
Close monitoring of Scaffolding activity, Structure erecting, Crane activity and Random checking of Confined Space.
Inspection of Completed Scaffold jobs to provide the proper Tagging System.
Reviewing of Crane critical lift plans.
Closely monitoring of work permit requirements for certified Confined space entries, Crane work / lifting operations, hot work, Hazardous activities and ensure that all relevant requirement are compiled with.
Checking and compliance of the in-workforce with the approved Safety work permit system and procedure in the plant.
Conduct weekly safety meeting (Tool box meetings) prior to site Personal commences work shifts.
Preparation of daily safety Observation reports.
Advice Safety Project Manager to implement the field safety monitoring program.
Strictly implementation in better housekeeping and wearing of PPE on the job site.
Monitoring closely to welding, cutting, grinding activities in plan.
Special attention at Hydro test and Pneumatic test working range to ensure those areas are barricade and places warning sign board.
Assist to safety manager in coordination of safety activities.
Conducting of daily Tool Box meeting with foreman, and crew before going to the job sites.
Daily checking of every job point whether relevant work permit is placed beside the job and job planning safety analysis is prepared and placed.
Special attention of confined spaces, excavations, Gas testing and every hot work point.
Other than above noted points so many other duties in routine work such and keeping of daily and weekly meeting record, daily observation report record, PPE records, meetings conducted by safety manager records, crane risk assessment records, incident accidents records, near misses records, official circulars by client records.
