Technical Supervisor/Sensory Coordinator Center for Product Evaluation (2017 to 2020)

Led Lab Associates and Product Testing Specialists on a daily basis. Launched and managed all technical training and guidance to on new quality control system. Administered daily sensory and physical testing for the Center for Product Evaluation to ensure all expectations and deadlines were met.

Instrumental in the successful implementation of the Product Evaluation module within EtQ (Excellence Through Quality) Reliance Software. This effort fully automated product testing from a manual process to paperless. Cut reporting time in half while delivering enhanced reporting.

Responsible for global training of partnered labs and internal stake-holders on the Product Evaluation module for this software launch.

Authored and maintained updated training documents on product testing within the system.

Lead the Sensory Testing for North America. Oversaw scheduling, sample preparation and participation of trained sensory panel (12) to ensure reliable quantitative results.

Automated the system through a customization of Microsoft Forms to create product attribute ballots that were used both in-person and remotely.
