DevOps professional, Design, Implementation for Telstra - U2C - B2B Digitization program

Infosys (U2C Project)

U2C Project:

(U2C)-Usage to Cash, it is one of the stream in the B2B Digitization program with Telstra

U2C stream has various microsrevices like, Invoice Manager, Charge Manager, Billing Notification etc.

This stream is responsible for generating monthly invoices based on customer usage and collecting bills from them.

U2C uses Aria billing system (out of the box) product.

Role:

Developing CI/CD roadmap and implementing to the project.

Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment using

Jenkins and Bamboo server.

AWS service administration: IAM, EC2, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, cloud logs etc.

Sprint Nextel Project:

EBA (Electronic Billing & Analysis) application which receives the billing files (wireless/ wireline) daily and process those files. EBA is the telecom based application which provides the interface to the Sprint (Nextel Corp Billing) customers to analyse monthly data and pay their bills.

Role:

Responsible for collecting and documenting the business and technical requirements for the applications which interface with the BSS applications.

Requirements Gathering/Documentation - Designed and documented detailed business requirements, functional requirements utilizing PMO & Governance approved templates.

Been a part of System design and modelling team and have used Microservices Oriented Architecture
