Core Responsibilities:-

Communicate with the customer on a regular basis to resolve issues. Pro-actively flag issues and prevent surprises to the customer.

Locate and monitor overdue accounts, record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts, Advice customers about the necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
