March 2107: I conducted a study and survey on the topic: The Influence of Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment of Healthcare Employees.”

• The literature shows that work-life balance is a central issue affecting wellbeing, as family and work are the most important elements of everyone’s life. This study focused on assessing the impact of organizational commitment determined by work life balance and job satisfaction of individuals employed in the healthcare sector in India.

• Descriptive and Quantitative research methods were used for the study, and a sample population was chosen amongst doctors and nurses who were married and single, female and male, with and without children, by using a convenient sampling method.

• A structured questionnaire was the research instrument consisting of a series of questions for the purpose of gathering information from respondents. 123 responses were completed and returned and the data was analysed using IBM SPSS version 20.

• The results of the study clearly show that work life balance has a direct impact on organizational commitment. There is also a relation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Both work life balance and job satisfaction is proved to influence commitment of the health care sector in India. Internship Profile:
