I am worked in UAE more than 24 yrs. in Civil Engineering and my experience in Project Manager, Construction Manager with many contractor companies, following site safety and control and monitoring the cost, time and quality, good dealing with government departments & municipalities.
Preparing scope of work and manage the sub-contractors while working at site.
Preparing the purchase requisitions for project and follow that with suppliers to delivery.
Preparing list for construction deliverables including construction procedures, and construction drawings, programs, and following of these documents.
Preparing works progress schedule works procedures, cost control reports, project progress data, and monthly project valuation report.
Controls and supervises at all phases to development of construction project and completion.
Providing the technical assistance during project construction to site engineers.
Coordination with other companies, departments, arranges for approvals construction drawings, including inspections, from local municipality and other departments.
Responding to all correspondence from client, consultant and sub-contractors.
Monitor daily work progress, also sub-contractors, quality, saving, safety, time and budget project.
Follow up the clients and consultant to take approval of all documents and drawings.
