the branded assigned.

Manufacturing which includes the lathe, Drilling, Cutting and Milling.

Manage the report on the same for the business growth and the

development.

Handle the major and the basic parts in the lathe to manufacture which is used for the machineries and the automotive on the major aspects.

Handle the Drilling process for the Oil passage or Coolant Passage for the automotive and other major concern in the company.

Cutting process for the operation along with milling for smooth surface finish.

Job responsibilities:

Reverse engineering concepts for various agricultural and idustry

based equipments such as Forklifts, Sugarcane harvester machines

and Auger digger machines etc.

Creating various design concepts for Forklifts, lifting heavy weights

to certain heights, the lifting capacity and lifting heights depends

on the various customer requirements, which also includes single

stage or double stage cylinder for lifting.

Sugarcane harvester is one of the modern farm equipments which harvests the sugarcanes with ease.

The sugarcane harvester is driven by a tractor PTO output shaft, which drives the rotating cutter via a propeller shaft and a differential unit. This device makes the work simple, without damaging the sugercane, thus saves labour expenses.

The Auger digger machines is also one of the tractor attachment devices which is also powered by tractor PTO shaft.

It can dig instant holes on the ground with ease up to 10ft based on agriculture based holes and holes for construction purposes and various other applications.

Designing, editing and various missing components by using Reverse

Engineering concept and Cadd software Solidworks.

Designing of Graders, Rollers and various earth

moving attachments and also the various internal parts.

Designing of various Logos and name plate details based on our

customer requirements.

Motorized Hydraulic Jack – Device which is used to lift heavy weights for all automotive under maintenance conditions ( gather the points and assembles) Project as a team.

Hybrid Multiple Machining – Machine which compresses two or more machining process such as Drilling, Bending, Fordging, Cutting etc.

Differential Unit – It is a Device placed in the Automotive to transmit the power from the engine to the rear wheels. Major types of Differential Units are Conventional and Non Slip Differential.
