Job Description:

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of stocks and supplies.

• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies.

• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to management and record keeping

• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.

• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.

• Coordinate movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.

• Welcoming customers, take orders, answering their questions, giving product knowledge, helping them locate items, providing advice or recommendations and punch them into the POS (MICROS POS System) correctly.

• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics.

• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.

• Answering and receiving through phone calls orders.

• Managing and Handling Deliveroo POS ordering system.

• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.

• Bagging or wrapping purchases to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Following all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or the purchase of specific items.
