This Pipe Line will Transmit and distribute water from the water distillation plant located in Ruwais to Marfa & Mussafah. This includes 2 Pumping station. Responsibilities:

Preparing Mechanical completion certificates for each part of piping & plant.

Inspection of mechanical works in progress, Checking the NDT reports

Ensuring all works compliance with specifications and contract drawings

Hydro testing of pipe lines, testing of each equipment installed in the pumping stations.

Load test, pre commissioning tests for pumps.

Perform analysis and prepare studies for pumping stations and piping networks.

Project Description:

MNW is an integrated water injection cum gas compression platform with bridge connecting existing BHN process platform. MNW Project includes installation of eight legged jacket, Installation of Water injection platform provided with Water injection facility, PGC module, GTG Module, Living quarter, FG skids, Chemical skids, De Oxy tower, Fine filters, & a Bridge connected to existing BHN Platform in Mumbai High North Field, all type of Vessels, Test Separator, Chemical Skids, and Storage Tanks etc.

Responsibilities:

Obtain the project drawings and assess the material requirement, carry out procurement works.

Coordinate with all Authorities/ Clients for obtaining approval on all projects related activities,

Executing Installation of piping for modules, Living quarter, skids, De Oxy tower, and Fine filter at Onshore.
