Handles and processes both Import and Export shipments (AIR and SEA).

In charge of handling bookings with the shipping line and airline agents for the confirmed shipments.

Prepares necessary documents both for import and export.

Endorses necessary documents for the clearance of shipments for import and export to the Clearance Team.

Coordinates loading schedule.

Submits load list / VGM and shipping instructions submission thru respective Carrier Online System or thru INTTRA.

Checks and verifies BL drafts and provides confirmation.

Provides pre-alert to counterpart destination agents for Export Shipments.

Sends Cargo Arrival Notice to clients for the Import Shipments.

Coordinates shipments with the Shipping Lines and Authorized Origin and Destination Agents

Responsible in preparing the required documents for Chamber processing.
