Responsibilities:

Incoming /receiving inspection of equipment and Calibrated Instruments to be used for testing purposes.

Inspection of incoming materials to be used in workshop fabrication according to the mill certificates & respective codes.

Inspection of piping – system wise and confirm it is according to P&ID diagrams Isometric drawings

Monitor the Inspections according to Inspection & Testing Plan prepared according to client requirements.

Monitoring the consumable Handling, Storage & Control record.

Preparing and Analyzing inspection findings & general inspection reports.

Witnessing Positive Material Identification (PMI) of completed welds.

Preparation of all supporting documents for Mechanical and NDT clearance for the loops that has to be hydro tested.

Witnessing the hydro testing & Pneumatic testing of Piping in accordance with ASME B31.3.

Preparation of final Dossier at the end of the project.

Raising request for inspections to client and maintaining RFI log sheet.

Raising NCR against non-conformance and maintaining NCR log sheet.

Monitoring & follow up the timely close out of non-conformances, corrective action requests, and preventive action requests.

Consulting ASME SEC IX, SEC II, SEC V, B31.3 & different ASTM standards for different issues
