KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment:
• Compiling and updating the job descriptions for all roles in the organizational structure in coordination with Manager – Talent Management in website.
• Sourcing of profiles for all open positions in Sales, SEU & Technical Support Vertical using consultants, job sites, advertisements and internal references.
• Coordinate the interview & selection process.
• Coordinate for Pre/Post Recruitment activities (Pre-employment Medical test, Employment verification, Offer letter, etc)
• Responsible of timely renewal of consultants / job portal agreement
• Coordinate & Maintain vendor rating data of recruitment consultant Payroll:
• To support the payroll system & assist for Monthly Payroll processing for SEW India
• To assist Attendance & Leave management system for SEW India.
• To Support the Full & Final settlement process.
Training & Development:
• Scheduling the training calendar for the year & maintain live in website
• To maintain the mandatory & TNI training database. To identify the reasons for the pending/postponed mandatory training/KRA training & to priorities and organize the same
• To coordinate with Mgr TM & tracking of actions w.r.t. feedback after trainings - closing the loop
• Data Collection, Compilation, Validation & Reporting of Training Effectiveness
• Coordinate & Maintain Skill Matrix for eligible employees
• To maintain & enter all training data in LMS
• Organizing & Coordination of all corporate training program with plant HR responsible after commercials.
• To identify the reasons for the pending/postponed mandatory training/KRA training & to priorities and organize the same.
• Data Collection, Compilation, Validation & Reporting of Training Effectiveness Other HR Activities:
• To co-ordinate for employee’s preventive health/medical check-up.
• Codifying and maintaining all HR processes related to the above areas
• Maintaining and Updating all HR related documents in Central information system
• Data Collection, Compilation, Validation & Reporting of HR MIS Report SKILLS
