●Working under Assistant Chief Surveyor for submission of Survey IRs to AECOM, Consultant, for Approval.

●Monitoring the Electronic Data Management System (WRENCH) regularly for tracking of Survey Inspection Requests (IRs/RFIs) with respect to Approval, Rejection, Revise & Resubmit etc.,

March 2014 to August 5 2018:

●Worked for Al-Nassar Trading and Contracting Company, Aramco GSO Maintenance Contractors specialised in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Projects based at Al-Khobar having Aramco Permanent Site office at Aramco Dhahran DPC office.

●Working very closely with the GM Construction / QA-QC Manager for timely submission, approval obtaining, distributing of Project Quality Plan, Project Safety Plan, Technical Queries (TQs), Method Statements etc to Client, Contractor, Sub Contractor PMT for timely availability at site.

●Submitting of Monthly Quality Plan, forwarding of Transmittals, Submittals etc and obtaining approval, resubmitting the same with correction / comments from the Client.

●Daily, Monthly tracking on the status with respect to Approval, Revision, Resubmission of various Transmittals, Submittals etc and sending by mail to all parties involved for an on the spot ready reckoner.

●Have also taken up other responsibilities as per the instructions of Executive Director/ Project Manager / Project Engineer.

●Have got special appreciation from Jacob ZATE Project Consultants at Jubail for PCC NYLON project under Mr.Tim Bagwell, Peter Hamilton, Dustin Waters etc.

●Receiving IFC Drawings from the Client and distribution to the Project Management Team with Controlled Copy Number, Date,Revision etc to ensure that the right drawings are availalble at the site for ready reference and for inspection by the Client QC/Interal/External Auditor.

●Participated in the Internal Auditing at 15%, 45% & 60% stages of the construction in Saudi Aramco NPOC Dhahran Project under the Auditor from Gulf Conult and have got appreciation for the Best Document Management among all Companies operated during that time with Aramco.

July 2011 to 4 December 2012:

Worked for Jacobs Zate Petrochemical Conversion Company at Jubail, KSA, Project No: 58-KG82-60-S-53-1007) as Document Controller and Project Coordination Secretary.

•Preparing of Transmittals, Submittals, Technical Query etc and submit to Client for Approval / Review before it is being circulated to the Project Management Team.

•Circulation / uploading of the Comments / Approvals received from Client to all i.e. Contractor, Sub Contractor etc electronically on the EDMS being used by the Client.

•Assisting the Procurement Team to get approval from the Client on various project materials required from time to time i.e. In-Process Inspection, Final Disposition Report etc.

•Single Point Contact for all Correspondence sending and receiving, Uploading of all Project Documents like Contract Correspondence Memorandum (CCM), Daily/Weekly Minutes, Attending weekly Meetings and preparing Minutes and Distribution.

•Coordination for PCC IDs for Employees and Stickers for Vehicles / Equipments.

•Coordination for Safety Orientation and Issuance for ID Card.

•Coordination with QC Departments for submission of various Third Party Test Reports.

•Have been able to streamline the Documentation Centre and Secretarial Department which is the Key for every Construction Projects for Identification and Traceability, integrity of Documents, Drawings, Transmittals, Submittals, Procurement, Sub-Contractor correspondences etc.,

A total of more than 5000 RFIs, 3000 Transmittals, 400 Submittals, 350 Letters has been made during this period (2 Years).

ii. Timely Tracking of Transmittals / Submittals with all concerned in Saudi Aramco PMT both with Clients, Sub-Contractors and the Company PMT.

vii. Full Safe Custody of all Files for the Project under Lock and Key as per Internal Auditors.
