UOP, A Honeywell Company, Des Plaines, IL January 2012-July 2015 & April 2017-Present I am a part of a multidisciplinary team that designs, builds, and starts-up Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and PolySep Membrane units that provide pure hydrogen for Refining, Chemicals and Natural Gas customers worldwide. I am a project manager for PSA revamp projects globally and spearhead internal and external software product development. I previously was the manager and lead engineer for the Process Engineering design team for the same technology.

I am project manager for 40-50 small, nimble, fast projects, all with budgets in the range of $1MM-$5MM, with schedules from PO to delivery of refinery equipment of less than 1 year. I manage the project schedule and budgets, and I am the central interface for external customers and internal teams of engineers, procurement and logistics colleagues.
