ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working in SAP for Creating Engineering Bill of Materials for end to end activities for the Elevators.
Creation of BOM for assemblies, sub-assemblies in Module wise for all systems of the products.
Releasing drawings(technical documents 2D, 3D & Material Data sheet) for the parts.
Coordinating with plant SCM about the plant BOM issues &releasing with zero defect by preventing production stop in plant.
Coordinating with project management team for Piloting the BOM for the new components to meet the program milestone effectively.
Scheduling the network activities in SAP for the engineering teams & Maintaining the BOM according to the running models to meet the program requisites.
Creating Change Requests in PDM (Product Data management) tool for the drawings.
Creating & Maintaining the documents of work procedures to comply with Global standards by both externally & internally within the organization.
Supporting for global projects (SOF & MP Projects) for creating & maintaining BOM for New & running models by effective communication with customers.
Train the graduate Engineer trainees on the work flow, products and process to provide quality output in team activities.
Coordinating with platform owners about WEB CSP related updates to provide quality outputs and share this information to the team.
Coordinating with platform managers about sales documents related updates and transfer this information to team members.
Organizing inter collobrative meetings with further engineering teams for providing zero complaints products to the customers.
Worked as a CDE for many major projects to coordinate the issues with the supply line to deliver the components on time with quality outputs.
Monitoring the performance of junior engineers and supporting them to do the work faster and easier without any quality issues.
