• Preparation of bill of materials for pipe, fitting, valves, Specialties & pipe supports.

• Design and Checking of Equipment Layout on Fuel oil tank farm area, Fuel oil pump house, Cooling water Pump house, Auxiliary cooling water pump house, Raw water pump house, Compressor house, Water treatment plant, Clarified water cum Fire water pump house, Ash handling compressor house, Ash water & Slurry pump house, General arrangement of Fuel oil storage tank & Water storage tank, General arrangement of pipe rack, General arrangement of pipe sleeper and General arrangement of trench.
• Design and Checking of Piping Layout on Raw water pump house, Clarified water pump house, DM Water tank area, CW Makeup water system, Condensate storage tank area, CW Blow down system, Effluent collection system, Main Plant Air Compressor area & Ash handling system Compressor Area, Overall pipe cum Cable rack, Effluent treatment plant & CMB area, Reservoir area, Admin Building and Fire station area, BTG Building (Auxiliary cooling water & utility piping only),CW system stand pipe arrangement, Inside TG Hall Auxiliary cooling water system, Ash water & Slurry pump house area, Potable water over head tank area, CMB Pump house area
